Vox 1966 Beatles Poster Catalog Reprint
NCM-251
Thomas Vox 1966 Beatles Poster Catalog Reprint - A North Coast Music Exclusive
This catalog doubled as a Beatles poster promoting Vox. It also introduced that interesting quandary to Beatles fans in America, "Why are the Beatles playing Vox amps we cannot buy here?"

This b/w catalog introduced the American Vox amp models for the first time. The V1141 - Super Beatle, the V1131 - Royal Guardsman, the V1121 - Buckingham, and the V1151 - Viscount all debuted in this catalog, among others. Also shown were the Continental and Super Continental Organs, and tons of Italian made EKO guitars, rebadged as Vox.

Thomas worked hard to cultivate the Vox dream in all of its customers, with the words, "Vox: it's what's happening" and "Vox, the sound of success." Maybe if you can save the money to buy that Royal Guardsman, you will be on the Ed Sullivan show too!

Vox 1967 Raiders Poster Catalog Reprint
NCM-252

Thomas Vox 1967 Raiders Poster Catalog Reprint - A North Coast Music Exclusive
By 1967, Thomas Vox seemed to shift their advertising away from the Beatles, as they had ceased touring and performing with Vox amps in public. The new catalog featured the new heroes of American Vox, Paul Revere and the Raiders, who played Vox amps daily on the Dick Clark "Where The Action Is!" television series. Also featured on the cover were the Animals' Hilton Valentine (a North Coast customer!) and Chas Chandler, along with Brian Jones of the Rolling Stones.

The year 1967 brought revised models to the Vox amp line, and these are first displayed in this catalog. The V1143 - Beatle (no longer "Super") with Repeat Percussion, the V1132 - Royal Guardsman, the V1123 - Buckingham, and V1153 - Viscount, featuring "low noise" FET preamps are displayed, among others. The Jaguar Organ joined the Continental and Super Continental, along with wacky new versions of the Vox guitars with built in effects and the dual "T" truss rod.

Printed in b/w on glossy, enamel stock paper, this catalog represents Thomas Organ Vox at it's peak in America, in my opinion. About 23" x 35" when fully open.

Price: $18.00 USD each

Vox 1968 32 Page Catalog Reprint
NCM-253
Thomas Vox 1968 32 Page Catalog Reprint - The Sound That Travels With The Stars" - By far the most complete catalog ever produced by Thomas Vox, full pages were devoted to many of the individual amps. The V1143 - Beatle, the V1133 - Royal Guardsman, the V1123 - Buckingham, and the V1154 - Viscount are included. The dual keyboard Continental Baroque Organ, which foreshadowed polyphonic synths to come, debuted in this catalog as well. The Continental, Super Continental, and Jaguar Organs are also displayed. Also shown are ten pages of Italian guitars from Eko rebadged as Vox.

Price: $19.95 USD each
Continental US Shipping: $4.49
